We specialize in high-quality digital assets, including eBooks, fonts, templates, and AI prompts. Because our products are digital downloads that are instantly accessible after purchase, we generally do not offer refunds.

Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Digital Products Policy

Unlike physical goods, digital products cannot be “returned.” Once a file has been downloaded, it is impossible to retrieve it. Therefore, by purchasing from eBookTreasures, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • All sales are final.
  • We do not offer refunds for “Change of Mind” or if you decided you no longer need the product.
  • You waive your right to a “Cooling-off period” (Right of Withdrawal) once the download has started, in accordance with consumer protection laws regarding digital content.

2. Exceptions for Refunds

We stand by the quality of our products. We will issue a full refund under the following specific circumstances:

  • Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally bought the same product twice.
  • Technical Errors: If the file is corrupt, broken, or the wrong file was delivered, and our support team is unable to fix the issue within 48 hours.
  • Misrepresentation: If the product significantly differs from the description or preview images provided on the product page.

3. How to Request a Refund

If you believe your case qualifies for an exception, please contact us within 14 days of your purchase.

Please include:

  1. Your Order ID.
  2. The email address used for purchase.
  3. A detailed description of the issue (and screenshots if the file is not working).

Our support team reviews requests within 24–48 hours. If your refund is approved, the credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

4. Chargebacks and Disputes

We encourage you to contact us first if you have any issues. Initiating a payment dispute (Chargeback) without contacting support first may result in a permanent ban from our store and the revocation of licenses for all previously purchased digital assets.

5. Compatibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they have the necessary software to open the files (e.g., a PDF reader for eBooks, Unzipping software for ZIP files). Refunds will not be granted for failure to use the correct software.
